We 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬 to bankroll production and 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒅.

At the start of this year, I made a promise to myself:
𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒐𝒅𝒆.

But... 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮... No flashy vibe coded demo or MVP with a few neat API calls.

I’d hired brilliant engineers before, but without the technical chops, 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘬.

So I decided to 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 and decided to 𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏 𝒊𝒕.

Accepting I’d be slower, dumber, and out of my depth—for a while.

I wanted to build something resilient enough to run at scale— that solved a problem painful enough that people would pay to make it go away.

I asked myself, where was I bleeding time?

Our team spends hours wrestling our influencer activation pipeline. So I set out to turn that grind into a 𝐨𝐧𝐞-𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦.

One click—creators found, emailed, contracted, paid, tracked. That’s the vision.

But I had to start somewhere.

Step 1, the worst bottleneck: 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘴. Endless hunts for niche creators, VAs, duct-taped sheets, $1+/email tools that still miss the mark.

I started there—shipped ugly versions, broke things, Claude my way out, drank too much L-theanine coffee…
